Irish born Sara Gibbings has a degree in Political Science and a Masters in Development Studies. Her published work includes The Sunday Times (Ireland), The Sunday Tribune (Ireland), Catalonia Today and Inside Spain.
Prior to founding Padi Productions, Sara was Channel Producer for 4 film channels at Vía Digital. She has produced and/or directed over 100 TV hours for international markets, including the award-winning documentary Zero Tolerance about extreme school discipline in the USA.
Nowadays she is directing and executive producing Be Fit Bristol Fit and The Good Country documentary.

She holds a degree in Journalism.
